In addition, the incumbent has successfully completed a Food Handling Course and holds a diploma from a recognized college; a red seal designation is an asset, as is experience with seniors. Through effective planning, direction and control, the Executive Director has the responsibility for the overall operations of the home within the allocated resources and oversees all financial matters pertaining to the home.
