Job Description

 

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies to meet company demands and lead generation objectives. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns, broaden awareness through various activities, monitor adherence to plans and make adjustments as necessary for optimal program efficiency. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential business partners, clients, and third-party service providers. As the Corporate Manager, Marketing & Demand Generation, you will investigate potential corporate sponsorship opportunities and implement them as appropriate. You will ensure that community marketing positions and community managers are equipped with industry-leading marketing practices through a variety of training programs. Together with General Managers and the corporate marketing team, you will identify high-potential marketing employees and construct appropriate development and succession plans for them.

 

The ideal candidate is an accomplished professional with exceptional marketing, administration, and operational capabilities. You will have excellent interpersonal communication, strong presentation skills, experience monitoring budgets, and ability to work well under pressure. Being able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is required.  You hold highly regarded credentials, a track record of progressive marketing leadership experience, and significant accomplishments in fast-paced environments.

 

You are a graduate of a post-secondary marketing or related programs, with a minimum of five years experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, public and community relations campaigns in addition to the knowledge of and experience in the seniors’ market, public health sector and private health sector. You are well-versed in the use of digital and traditional media as they pertain to marketing and advertisement. The ability to lead projects from concept to completion and work flexible hours will be considered an asset.
