Full-Time Office Receptionist Wanted in Barrie
Job Description
Offices and Medical clinics in Barrie area are currently looking to fill a full-time and part-time receptionist position. This is a highly visible role as you would be the first point of contact for the clients. Work days are weekdays and some Saturday.
Job Duties: – General Reception, answering phones – Filing, faxing and photocopying – Processing payments – Creating of a warm and engaging atmosphere for patients – Schedule and confirm appointments – Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
Basic Requirements:
- High level of computer proficiency ( MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook knowledge required); Must be punctual, reliable and have a flexible work schedule to meet clients and residence needs
- Dynamic, memorable and engaging professional with outgoing personality
- Must be quick, proactive, self-disciplined, self organized, have a good professional attitude towards residents and staff and have a keen understanding o the seniors’ housing market.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are flexible with your schedule
- You are a self-motivated learner who strives for success
- Office etiquette knowledge and impeccable manners
